5 Journal Prompts for Runners

Though running and writing at the same time may be physically impossible (or at least difficult), there’s good reason to incorporate journaling into your wellness routine. According to a 2005 study conducted by the Royal College of Psychiatrists, three to five days per week of 15-20 minutes of expressive writing-or journaling-led to psychological and physiological benefits.
